Tatum Jenkins is a 19-year-old, Dallas, Texas native and is currently a freshman at the University of Oklahoma where she is on the OU Elite Dance Team and studies modern dance. Tatum trained at Dallas Ballet Center and was a senior company member of Dallas Ballet Company and also Dallas Ballet Center’s Modern Company. She has played numerous roles in Dallas Ballet Company’s The Nutcracker over the last 6 years with her favorite roles being Lead Chinese, Spanish Lead and Waltz Lead. She has a spectacular fouette, a dry sense of humor and is a skilled make-up artist. She has attended Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, University of Colorado Commercial Dance Intensive and Joffrey Ballet/Chicago summer intensives. She loves photography and her two Doodles, Cooper and Levi.
